KITTE 利用規約

1. 適用
本規約は、株式会社appful（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS アプリ「KITTE（きって）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
2. アカウント
本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。当社は、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス等によるアカウントを作成せず、ログイン機能も設けていません。つくった切手は利用者の端末内に保存されます（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください）。
3. 1 日につくれる枚数と広告
- 無料でご利用の場合、1 日につくれる切手は 3 枚です。枚数は日付が変わるとリセットされます。
- 動画広告（リワード広告）を最後までご覧いただくと、その日につくれる枚数が 5 枚増えます。繰り返しご利用いただけます。広告は、利用者が自分で「広告を見る」を選んだときにのみ再生されます。
- 広告によって増えた枚数は、その日のうちにご利用ください。翌日へ繰り越されることはありません。
- 広告に関する情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます。
4. KITTE PRO
KITTE PRO は、1 日につくれる枚数の上限をなくし、広告を表示しなくする有料プランです。購入・決済は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。次の 2 種類があります。
- 1 週間プラン: 1 週間ごとに自動更新されるサブスクリプションです。
- 永久にアンロック: 1 回限りのお支払いで、以後の更新も追加のお支払いもありません（買い切り）。
いずれをお選びいただいても、解除される内容（枚数の上限なし・広告なし）は同じです。価格は App Store 上の購入画面に表示されるものが適用されます。
切手をつくる・名前をつける・コレクションにまとめる・画像や動画として共有するといった機能そのものは、KITTE PRO の有無にかかわらずご利用いただけます。
5. 自動更新と解約方法
1 週間プランは、現在の期間が終了する 24 時間前までに解約されない限り、同一の期間・条件で自動的に更新され、更新時に課金されます。解約は、iOS の「設定」＞ ご自身の Apple アカウント ＞「サブスクリプション」（または App Store のアカウント設定）から行ってください。アプリ内で解約手続きを行うことはできません。解約後も、購入済みの期間が終了するまではご利用いただけます。
「永久にアンロック」は買い切りのため、自動更新はなく、解約という手続きもありません。
6. 購入の復元
購入済みの内容は、同じ Apple アカウントであれば、アプリ内の「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。なお、復元されるのは購入の権利であり、端末内の切手や写真は復元されません（第 8 条）。
7. 返金
返金は Apple の App Store のポリシーに従います。当社が直接返金対応を行うことはありません。
8. 端末内のデータの取り扱い
- つくった切手、その元になった写真、切手につけた名前、コレクション、記録された位置情報、設定などのデータは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- そのため、本アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも失われます。端末を機種変更した場合も引き継がれません。
- 当社は、利用者の端末内のデータの復元に応じることができません。残しておきたい切手は、写真アプリへの保存や共有機能をお使いください。
9. 撮影する内容について
本アプリで何を撮影し、どこへ共有するかは利用者ご自身の判断によります。撮影が禁止されている場所での撮影、他人の肖像・私生活・著作物を権利者の同意なく撮影または共有する行為はお控えください。これらに起因して生じた紛争について、当社は責任を負いません。
10. 知的財産権
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるプログラム、意匠、切手の枠やギザギザの縁などのグラフィック素材、文章に関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。私的利用の範囲を超えて複製・転載・配布することはできません。利用者が撮影した写真そのものの権利は、利用者に帰属します。
11. 禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変を行うこと。
- 不正な手段で 1 日につくれる枚数、広告の視聴実績、購入状態を操作すること。
- 広告を自動的に再生・クリックさせるなど、広告配信を妨害する行為。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為。
12. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、通信環境、端末の状態、外部サービスの障害、端末の故障・紛失・初期化に起因して生じた損害（端末内のデータの消失を含みます）について、法令で義務付けられる範囲を除き責任を負いません。
13. サービスの変更・中断・終了
当社は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。サブスクリプションの提供を終了する場合は、App Store を通じて適切に対応します。
14. 規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて改定します。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内で告知し、告知日以降に効力を発生させます。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、改定に同意したものとみなします。
15. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

KITTE Terms of Service

1. Application
These terms set out the conditions for using the iOS app "KITTE" (the "App") provided by appful Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
No account is required to use the App. We do not create accounts based on your name or email address, and there is no sign-in. The stamps you make are stored on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Daily limit and advertising
- Free users can make 3 stamps a day. The count resets at the start of each day.
- Watching a rewarded video ad all the way through grants 5 more stamps for that day, and this can be repeated. Ads play only when you choose to watch one.
- Stamps granted by an ad must be used the same day; they do not carry over.
- How advertising data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. KITTE PRO
KITTE PRO removes the daily limit and removes ads. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Two options are offered:
- Weekly plan: an auto-renewable subscription that renews every week.
- Lifetime unlock: a single one-time payment, with no renewal and no further charges.
Both unlock exactly the same thing — no daily limit and no ads. The price that applies is the one shown on the purchase screen in the App Store.
Making stamps, naming them, organising them into collections, and sharing them as an image or a video are available whether or not you buy KITTE PRO.
5. Auto-renewal and cancellation
The weekly plan renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is charged at renewal. Cancel in iOS Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions (or in your App Store account settings); cancellation is not possible inside the App. You keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.
The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase: there is no renewal, and nothing to cancel.
6. Restoring purchases
A purchase can be restored at any time from "Restore Purchases" in the App, using the same Apple Account. Note that this restores the entitlement only — it does not restore the stamps or photos on your device (section 8).
7. Refunds
Refunds follow Apple's App Store policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
8. Data on your device
- Your stamps, the photos they were cut from, their names, your collections, the coordinates recorded with each stamp, and your settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
- Consequently, deleting the App deletes this data, and it does not transfer when you change devices.
- We are unable to restore data held on your device. To keep a stamp, save it to your photo library or share it.
9. What you photograph
What you photograph, and where you share it, is your own decision. Please do not photograph where photography is prohibited, and do not photograph or share another person's likeness, private life, or copyrighted work without their consent. We are not liable for disputes arising from this.
10. Intellectual property
The App and its software, design, graphic assets such as the stamp frames and perforated edges, and text belong to us or to the respective rights holders, and may not be copied, republished, or distributed beyond private use. The photographs you take remain yours.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App.
- Manipulating the daily stamp count, ad-view records, or purchase status by unfair means.
- Interfering with ad delivery, such as playing or clicking ads automatically.
- Anything unlawful, contrary to public order, or infringing our rights or those of a third party.
12. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. Except to the extent required by law, we are not liable for damages — including loss of the data held on your device — caused by network conditions, the state of your device, failures of third-party services, or a device being broken, lost, or reset.
13. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App. If we discontinue the subscription we will handle it appropriately through the App Store.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the App and take effect from the announcement date. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the revision.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute concerning the App.
