KITTE プライバシーポリシー

株式会社appful（以下「当社」）は、iOS アプリ「KITTE（きって）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリは、カメラを小さなディテールに向けて押すと、そこを切り取ってギザギザの縁を持つ切手に仕立てるアプリです。

1. アカウント登録は必要ありません

本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。ログイン機能もありません。当社は、本アプリを通じて利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人情報を収集しません。

2. 撮ったものはすべて端末内にあります

つくった切手、その元になった写真、切手につけた名前、コレクション（まとめ）、通知時刻などの設定は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。データベースには SwiftData を、画像ファイルには本アプリ専用の保存領域（アプリコンテナ）を使います。

当社はサーバーを持たず、本アプリにはこれらのデータを外部へ送信する仕組みそのものがありません。撮った写真も、つくった切手も、アップロードされることはありません。

そのため、本アプリを削除すると切手も写真も削除され、当社が復元することはできません。端末を機種変更した場合も、データは引き継がれません。大切な切手は、写真アプリへの保存や共有機能を使って、あらかじめ端末の外に控えをとってください。

3. カメラについて

切手にする範囲をその場で切り取るために、カメラの使用許可を求めます。カメラの映像は切手をつくるためだけに端末内で処理され、当社を含む外部へ送信されることはありません。

4. 写真へのアクセスについて

いずれの許可も、iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「写真」からいつでも変更できます。

5. 位置情報について

切手をつくった瞬間の座標（緯度・経度）を、その切手の記録として保存します。取得するのはアプリを使用中の位置情報（When In Use）のみで、バックグラウンドで位置を追跡することはありません。

この座標は端末内の切手のデータに保存されるだけで、当社のサーバーへ送信されることも、広告や分析に利用されることもありません。なお、現在の本アプリには、保存した座標を地図に表示したり、地名に変換したりする画面はありません。あくまで「その切手がどこでつくられたか」を端末内に残しているだけです。

なお、本アプリは初回起動時の案内の最後で、カメラ・通知・位置情報の 3 つの許可をまとめてお願いしており、3 つがそろうまで本編に進めない作りになっています。許可したあとで位置情報をオフにした場合は、座標が記録されなくなるだけで、切手をつくる機能はこれまでどおりご利用いただけます。設定は iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「位置情報サービス」からいつでも変更できます。

6. 通知について

本アプリは、1 日に 1 回、利用者が選んだ時刻（初期設定は 20:00）に「今日の一枚を切手に」というお知らせを出します。これは端末内で予約されるローカル通知であり、当社のサーバーから配信するものではありません。当社が利用者の通知トークンを取得することもありません。

通知の許可も、初回起動時にカメラ・位置情報とあわせてお願いしています。許可された時点で 1 日 1 回の予約が登録され、以後は時刻をアプリの設定画面で変更できます。通知の受け取り自体は、iOS の「設定」からいつでもオフにできます。

7. 広告について

本アプリを無料でご利用いただくため、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」のリワード広告（動画広告）を利用しています。無料でつくれる切手は 1 日 3 枚で、動画広告を最後までご覧いただくとその日につくれる枚数が 5 枚増えます（繰り返しご利用いただけます）。広告は、利用者が自分で「広告を見る」を選んだときにのみ再生されます。

AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、以下のような情報を自動的に取得・利用することがあり、これらをパーソナライズ広告に利用する場合があります。

これらの情報は広告事業者（Google）が自ら取得・利用するものであり、当社が受け取ることはありません。取り扱いの詳細は、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび「Google のサービスを使用するパートナーによるデータ使用」をご確認ください。

KITTE PRO にご加入中・ご購入済みの場合は、広告を表示しません。

8. トラッキングについて

現在の本アプリは、iOS のトラッキング透明性（App Tracking Transparency）の許可ダイアログを表示しません。広告識別子（IDFA）を用いて他社のアプリやサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡することは行っておらず、App Store のプライバシーマニフェストでもトラッキングを行わない旨を宣言しています。広告の効果測定には、個人を識別しない形で集計される Apple の SKAdNetwork を利用します。

将来、トラッキングの許可ダイアログや広告に関する同意フォームを導入する場合は、導入に先立って本ページを改定し、その内容をお知らせします。

9. 解析について

本アプリは、利用状況の解析ツールやクラッシュ収集ツールを組み込んでいません。本アプリに含まれる外部の SDK は、前記の Google AdMob（および同 SDK に付随する Google User Messaging Platform）のみです。

10. 購入について

KITTE PRO の購入・決済は、Apple の App Store（Apple アカウント）を通じて行われます。決済処理は Apple が行い、当社がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態の確認は Apple の StoreKit の仕組みを通じて端末上で行われます。

11. 本アプリが利用しない情報

本アプリは、以下の情報および機能を利用しません。iOS の許可ダイアログが表示されるのは、前記のカメラ・写真・位置情報・通知の 4 つだけです。

また、本アプリには利用者どうしが投稿・交流する機能がなく、つくった切手や付けた名前が当社や他の利用者に公開されることはありません。切手を画像や短い動画として共有する場合、共有先を選ぶのは iOS の共有シート上での利用者自身の操作です。

12. 国外への移転

広告配信サービス AdMob を提供する Google LLC は米国に所在します。同サービスが取得する情報は日本国外へ移転され、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。前記のとおり、端末内の切手・写真・位置情報がこれに含まれることはありません。

13. 第三者への提供

当社が利用者の個人情報を第三者へ提供・販売・貸与することはありません。広告配信に伴う情報の取得・利用は、前記のとおり広告事業者が自ら行うものです。

14. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリの年齢制限は 4+ ですが、お子様を主たる対象としたサービスではありません。広告は年齢に適した内容となるよう設定しています。

15. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページにて改定後の内容をお知らせします。重要な変更を行う場合は、あわせてアプリ内で告知します。

KITTE Privacy Policy

appful Inc. ("we", "us") provides this privacy policy for the iOS app "KITTE" (the "App"). You point the camera at a small detail, press, and the App cuts it into a postage stamp with perforated edges.

1. No account is required

No account is required to use the App, and there is no sign-in. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the App.

2. Everything you make stays on your device

The stamps you make, the photos they were cut from, the names you give them, your collections, and your settings are stored only on your device — in a database using SwiftData, and as files in the App's own container.

We operate no server, and the App has no mechanism for sending any of this anywhere. Neither your photos nor your stamps are uploaded.

Because of that, deleting the App deletes your stamps and photos, and we cannot restore them. They also do not transfer when you change devices. To keep a copy outside the App, save a stamp to your photo library or share it.

3. Camera

The App asks for camera access so you can cut a stamp out of the live view. The camera feed is processed on your device solely to make the stamp, and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.

4. Photos

You can change either permission at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.

5. Location

When you make a stamp, the coordinates at that moment are saved as part of that stamp's record. The App requests location only while in use; it never tracks your location in the background.

Those coordinates stay in the stamp's data on your device. They are not sent to our servers and are not used for advertising or analytics. The current version of the App has no screen that shows them on a map or converts them into a place name — it simply records where a stamp was made and keeps that on the device.

Note that the last screen of first-launch onboarding asks for camera, notifications, and location together, and the App does not open until all three are granted. If you turn location off afterwards, no coordinates are recorded and every other feature works exactly as before. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.

6. Notifications

The App can send one reminder a day, at a time you choose (20:00 by default). It is a local notification scheduled on your device, not sent from our servers, and we never receive a push token. Notification permission is requested during first-launch onboarding alongside camera and location; the daily reminder is scheduled as soon as you grant it. You can change the time in the App's settings, and turn notifications off entirely in iOS Settings.

7. Advertising

So that the App can be used for free, it shows rewarded video ads via Google AdMob (Google LLC). A free user can make 3 stamps a day; watching a rewarded video grants 5 more, and this can be repeated. Ads play only when you choose to watch one.

To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect and use the following, and may use it for personalized advertising:

This information is collected and used by the advertising provider (Google) itself; we never receive it. For details see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. No ads are shown to KITTE PRO users.

8. Tracking

The current version of the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not use the IDFA to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and the App's privacy manifest declares that it does not track. Ad measurement uses Apple's SKAdNetwork, which reports only aggregated, non-identifying results.

If we ever introduce a tracking prompt or an advertising consent form, we will update this page before doing so.

9. Analytics

The App contains no usage-analytics or crash-reporting tool. The only third-party SDK it includes is Google AdMob, together with the Google User Messaging Platform framework that ships alongside it.

10. Purchases

KITTE PRO purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Entitlements are verified on-device via Apple's StoreKit.

11. What the App does not use

The App does not use any of the following. The only iOS permission prompts it shows are the four described above — camera, photos, location, and notifications.

The App also has no social or posting features: your stamps and the names you give them are never published to us or to other users. When you share a stamp as an image or a short video, the destination is chosen by you in the iOS share sheet.

12. Transfers outside Japan

Google LLC, which provides AdMob, is located in the United States. Information collected by that service is transferred outside Japan and handled under Google's privacy policy. As described above, your on-device stamps, photos, and coordinates are not part of it.

13. Third parties

We do not provide, sell, or lend personal information to third parties. Data collected for advertising is collected by the advertising provider itself, as described above.

14. Children's privacy

The App is rated 4+, but it is not directed primarily at children. Ads are configured to be age-appropriate.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page, and announce significant changes in the App as well.
